AND NOW WHAT?
In una società dove l’immagine governa, la fotografia diventa una comunicazione sempre più importante e simbolica. Le mie fotografie cercano di offrire una visione dove possiamo percepire questo momento di inquietudine e di incertezza, in cerca di un’Utopia, oppure un new normal in un mondo di forme.
Usando materiali poveri (come mettersi a nudo) o di riciclo (come rinnovarsi) ad esempio legno, metallo, plastica e spesso con presenze umane, si rappresentano diverse realtà e verità.
Il colore rappresenta le varie tonalità della vita, le nostre debolezze e forze spesso confuse tra verità e fake. Un colore provoca una reazione non sempre piacevole, con emozioni e contrasti, creando un legame tra corpo e mente.
Spesso ci si chiede che cosa sta succedendo e che cosa accadrà e se c’è bisogno di cambiare identità per adattarsi. Se abbiamo la percezione che i nostri sogni siano svaniti nel nulla, il nostro passato porta una conseguenza sul nostro futuro?

AND NOW WHAT?
Image rules in today’s society and photography has become an even more symbolic and important form of communication. My photographs offer a vision where we can perceive this moment of restlessness and uncertainty, searching for a Utopia or a new normal in a differing world.
Different truths and realities are represented by using poor materials (to unveil yourself) or by recycling (to renew yourself) for example wood, metal, plastic and often with a human presence.
Colour represents the various shades of life, our weaknesses and strengths which are often confused between truth and fake. A colour does not always provoke a positive reaction, with emotions and contrasts creating a bond between body and mind.
We often ask ourselves what is going on or what will happen and if there is a need to change identity to adapt. If we perceive that our dreams have simply vanished into thin air then could our past have a consequence on our future?
Anything is possible…
